A mission-driven, patient-centered hospital in West Texas is seeking a Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics training to join its collaborative team. This position offers true flexibility-mix outpatient, inpatient, and OB as you prefer, with optional hospitalist and procedural opportunities.

Position Highlights:
• Join a supportive team of experienced Family Medicine, FM-OB, and OB/GYN physicians, plus APP support
• Opportunity to perform scopes and pick up optional hospitalist shifts
• Modern clinic attached to the hospital - no off-site travel
• Guaranteed base salary of $330,000 with incentive potential to earn $450,000+
