Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Compensation: $372,010 - $485,011 Annual Salary & Bonus Eligible

What You’ll Do

• Deliver compassionate, comprehensive, and patient-centered care
• Manage chronic and acute conditions with a proactive, preventive approach
• Participate in care team huddles and high-risk patient strategy
• Foster strong continuity and communication with patients and families
• Drive clinic efficiency and collaborate with leadership on performance goals

What You’ll Need

• MD or DO with current unrestricted CA licensure
• Board certification (or eligibility within 12 months)
• Active DEA license
• Commitment to quality care and health equity
• Passion for mentorship and team collaboration
• Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.
